Content development
La Xixa will lead WP3. La Xixa’s role primarily focuses on the development of content for a Forum Theatre workshop in collaboration with Elan. This includes creating the workshop’s structure, defining the training methodologies, and leading the pilot sessions in Spain. Their expertise in participatory methodologies and social innovation through theatre allows them to effectively design and implement activities to engage participants in exploring purpose and motivation through interactive and artistic methods.
La Xixa is a non-profit organisation based in Barcelona that creates and develops Creative Social Innovation projects for social transformation. Through experiential methodologies such as the Theatre of the Oppressed, Process Work, and participatory and performative methodologies, La Xixa invites individuals to question both personally and collectively in an experiential way. Their work spans various fields such as culture, education, health, activism, and sustainability, offering training, public performances, and research. Since 2010, La Xixa has been working with diverse communities and groups at the local, European, and international levels, promoting a transformative impact on people’s lives.
