Fundacja Zdrowia i Rozwoju Człowieka is the coordinating organisation of the REIGNITE project implementation, providing leadership, project knowledge, and strong partner relationships. Highly experienced in organising workshops covering essential subjects for individuals of all ages, including mental health support and sustainable business management for achieving work-life balance. Overall, FZiRC’s staff have extensive experience in delivering EU-funded projects and will use the knowledge and skills gained through this experience to ensure that the project runs as efficiently as possible. They will be supporting and developing all training sessions, project results and also organising the final Multi-stakeholder Conference in Poland.
Established in 2024, Fundacja Zdrowia i Rozwoju Człowieka is an innovative NGO with 19 staff members dedicated to supporting individuals post-mental health crises and older adults at risk of social exclusion. The organisation empowers disadvantaged groups through workshops, aiding recovery and social integration. It has supported over 22,000 people in 2024 across mental health centres. Working with international partners, FZIRC addresses issues like activating and motivating youth, providing migrant integration support, and promoting health awareness. Their initiatives include Mental Health TV, VR trauma healing, and the OPEN MIND ICER program, fostering resilience and inclusivity.
