Elan Interculturel
Design and lead workshop
In the Reignite Your Purpose project, Elan Interculturel brings its expertise in intercultural education and creative methods to support older adults facing isolation. Their main role is to design and lead forum theatre workshops that help participants reconnect with purpose and build confidence. Based in Paris, Elan also contributes to action learning sessions and dissemination efforts, using art, dialogue, and non-formal education to foster inclusion and intergenerational connection.
Élan Interculturel is a non-profit organization based in France which, since its creation in 2008 on the initiative of five immigrant women specialised in psychology, encourages interpersonal exchanges and intercultural dialogue to facilitate communication between people. Through non-formal education, artistic mediation and popular education, Elan seeks to make diversity a wealth and not a threat, participating in the development of a more inclusive society.
